Chocolate Fudge or Frosting

Ingredients

2 cups sugar

2 squares (2 oz. or 1/4 cup) chocolate

3/4 cup milk

Pinch of salt

2 tbsp butter

Instructions

Add ingredients to medium sized pot, stir and cook until candy thermometer reached 232° F. Add butter. Cool, then beat for frosting.
