24 large tomatoes
2 green peppers
6 large onions
11 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp salt
4 cups vinegar
2 tsp ginger
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp cloves
2 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp allspice
Chop peppers, onions, and tomatoes. Mix other ingredients, add and cook slowly for 2 hours. Seal.
